These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Alexander the Guest newsletter, the associated profiling questionnaire, and the access to related digital content such as the "A Day in the Life of Alexander" private video ("Services").

By subscribing or submitting the questionnaire, you agree to these Terms.

updates, recommendations, invitations, and marketing communications
optional questionnaire for personalised content
access to the private video "A Day in the Life of Alexander"

This is a free, voluntary subscription with no payment obligations.

The content is informational; no guarantee is made regarding availability, accuracy, or completeness.

3. Consent & Subscription

By subscribing, you:

agree to receive email communications and marketing messages
consent to the use of your data in line with our Privacy Policy
understand that you can unsubscribe at any time

If you complete the questionnaire, you provide additional consent for content personalisation.

4. Unsubscribe

Unsubscribing stops future emails but does not affect the legality of past processing.

5. Access to the Private Video

The "A Day in the Life of Alexander" video is:

provided as a bonus for completing the questionnaire
for personal, non-commercial viewing only
non-transferable and may not be reproduced, shared, uploaded, or redistributed

We may revoke access if misuse is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials—including text, visuals, videos, branding, questionnaires, and any digital assets—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without written permission:

distribute
publish
modify
re-upload
create derivative works
use for commercial purposes

All rights are retained by LIVITA-DORTA Kft. and its licensors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

attempt to access systems without authorisation
scrape, harvest, or copy subscriber-only content
engage in harmful or disruptive behaviour
submit false or misleading information

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Third-Party Services

form processing

Use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or technical limitations of third-party tools.

9. Disclaimer
